Event/ Activity Funding Application

The CFA SA Branch committee would like to offer the opportunity to CFA SA members to apply for funding to support a bladder/bowel event, talk or activity to be held in South Australia in 2017.

Funding will be decided by the CFA SA Branch Committee. Applications should be placed at least four months prior to the planned event to enable full consideration by the SA Branch Committee. Cost and benefit to membership must be demonstrated.

Criteria for Funding Application

  • Applications must support a bladder / bowel / pelvic floor  health event or activity in South Australia
  • Applications are available only to CFA SA health professional members and demonstrate educational opportunities for members and health professionals
  • Applicant is the main project manager of the event/activity
  • Applications are required to be sent to the SA State president at
  • The CFA SA Branch Committee will acknowledge receipt of applications within one week
  • Assessment of applications will be conducted by CFA SA Branch committee who meet monthly
  • Applicants will be notified within six weeks of funding application
  • CFA SA Branch requirements of funding approval: CFA SA logo on media flyers and program, event to be held within certain time frame of funding approval. Evaluation report from the Project Manager to be forwarded to the CFA Branch within one month of the event. CFA SA Branch is acknowledged in the program for sponsorship of the event
